The VOU is currently soliciting candidates to run for the Villages of Urbana Community Association Board of Directors. This fall, two seats will be open on the board, with the term starting in November 2020 and extending to November 2023. To nominate yourself or someone else, please click here.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 AMENITY UPDATE: As of early June 2020, the VOU is preparing to open the pools subject to the various COVID-19 health restrictions imposed by county, state and federal government. To access the pools when they open, members must...
  1. Have renewed their passes for 2020.
  2. Be in good standing by paying their assessments.
  3. Complete the liability waiver form here. It may take up to 7 business days for staff to process the form. You will know the form has been processed if your reservation is approved (after reservations become available).
  4. To reserve a slot at the pool, join the reservation groups here and watch for reservations to open. Reservations will open one week in advance of the slots.  Failure to keep a reservation twice in a row in the absence of a closure for weather will terminate your reservation access.

Membership passes are required for access to the pools, community centers, and fitness center. Membership passes expire annually on May 1st and must be renewed after January 1. Renewal is free and easy! Click here for a pdf of the form or click here for more information.
  • If you renew between January 1 and 31, you will receive an additional 20 free guest passes along with the rollover of up to 10 guest passes.
  • If you renew between February 1 and 29, you will receive an additional 15 free guest passes along with the rollover of up to 10 guest passes.
  • After March 1, you will receive 10 free guest passes along with the rollover of up to 10 guest passes.
The Villages of Urbana includes two community centers. The centers are available for rent to residents. To reserve or rent a center for a recurring use, such as a class or group meeting, click here. To rent a center for a private event, such as a party, click here.

To view your account and payment history, select Payments under My Account in the top right menu after you log in. Please do not send payments to the VOU on-site management office. Payments should be sent to the post office box on your coupons. If you have any questions, please call the corporate office at 301-840-1800 ext. 30.

Our Community

The Villages of Urbana includes almost 3,000 homes, two large community center/pool complexes, 6 tennis courts, 3 basketball courts, pickleball, 18 tot lots, and miles of walking paths. Restaurants, a regional library, a grocery store, and a seasonal farmer's market complete this wonderful home town!
